Waru's 240z body kit unavailable?

Waru's 240z is the only bosozoku style car. I'd like to be able to add it to my collection or add the body kit to the 1971 240z.

I think I saw the car in the custom car section when you go to buy one.

I've noticed people have the kit from the community decals but no idea if they're modded or legit.. it's not in the custom cars section.

Yeah, that's a bummer. Of all the rivals car in the game, waru's feels the most special. But it's not the only one. 

Where is the KS bodykit for the Polestar One? Or the others KS cars of Heat?

I mean, the Countach KS body kit was originally supposed to be implemented in heat but never made it after Ghost was done and Criterion took over. And now that we have it in Unbound, we don't get to have the rest of the bodykits?
