Upgraded to lod after launch: no additional items in rewards

After playing the game for a week I bought the lod edition for the upgradd price  I still haven't received my items yet

Be sure to check in both stores for the claims. Mine was actually at Sayrna's Regulator store.

What worked for me: close the game, open the Xbox store, go to LOD EDITION. Not the upgrade page. Launch by hitting “play “ my stuff was in rewards. I bought LOD from the start, if that doesn’t work try the upgrade page? I found it silly we had to do this workaround to get the rewards. Hopefully this works for you.

This!  I upgraded as well, and had to make sure the LoD update was downloaded from the store first to see rewards.  Search in the store for Anthem, and make sure both Anthem and LoD upgrade are installed.
