Upgrade to Deluxe from physical

A friend of mine would like to know if he'll be able to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition from a Standard Edition bought physically (although it's a code to redeem)

- in EU

@TauCetiCenter Doesn't seem like that would be an issue, as long as the code is already successfully redeemed on the same account where the upgrade would be purchased.
