Unlocked Legends now LOCKEED on Xbox!

While playing tonight there were several games, not all games, where Caustic and Mirage were locked out for me and my teammates who have them purchased.  Also notice some major lag since today's update.

After the update I was using these characters then go off now I got back on and they are locked for me as well
