Unfair ban

I would need some help or maybe an advice. Recently I've been banned from the game with the reason of cheating. I asked some proofs or at least some reason for my ban and I've got nothing. I don't know how their ban system work but I clearly used no cheats. I had 3 processes  in the time i've got banned: discord, origin and apex..it's been all good, then I've started Epic Games Launcher and I've got banned  with the message : account suspended : banned" . Can somebody help me figure it out?

Tried that . I've got no answer. No hate..but in any games, EA contact team is the worst to get in touch. The system is complicated and redirecting you to pages
