Underglow's AI uses

Anyone know how to get the underglow the AI we race against uses? Like the lvl 400 AI named Haze in the black Ferrari or the Evo X AI named Banjo around lvl 200 and the BMW M3 AI named Miro. As well as the green Acura AI named Sully at the early lvls of the game. They aren't awarded from the collectables/activities so I was wondering if anyone knew how to unlock them? I hope we can get them somehow

@djghostylibra You gotta do the collectibles and activities. Go to the progression tab and look at each district. It’ll show you how to get all those effects.

What I mean is there’s extra rewards for completing a district

Oof I've already said they aren't awarded from collectibles/activities. I've already 100% all of the districts and they didn't award the underglow's I talked about. I wish they had them in the effects store and tell you how to get them like performance parts did. I hope this can be answered soon
