Didn't I pay my good money for you to play this game? How can it be that now I am unable to play this game? You are nothing but scammers.

Hi @pkettu,
Sorry to hear that. Can you share a bit more? What's happening when you try to play the Witcher 3 on the EA app?
Thanks,
- EA_Lanna

Even though I'm not pkettu, I'll chime in anyway and let you describe my problem. I have the witcher 3, over 375 hours played. Since you forced me to change Origin to EA App, I can't launch the game. RED Launcher starts, but it does not recognize the installation on EA App, it simply does not see it. When I connect the executable file to my GOG account, then EA App says that the game does not belong to me and was downloaded on someone else's account. This is yet another game that EA is denying me access to due to its strange policy of forcing players to use its platform. I don't believe you're going to help me solve the problem with The Witcher 3, so why don't you at least tell me how many more games you want to ruin with your innovations?

So it is over a year after im replying to this post but it seems like this issue still has not gotten fixed and has spread to other games including Mass effect legendary edition. These games do not even show up in my games library even though they are in my order history marked paid in full. i would like to play my games, however it seems like EA just wants our money and could care less about actually fixing problems. oh well that teaches me to never buy another EA game unless i can buy it on another platform for extra insurance that i am going to have access to my games when i want them. This is one more reason we should switch back to physical copies of games, they cannot withhold something if you have the physical copy.

How can you see order history, I also have Mass Effect Andromeda and legendary edition completely dissapeared from my account.

hey @flowerflip,
You can find instructions on how to view your order history here: View your EA order history and status
The games that disappeared from your account, were they obtained through EA Play subscription?
