Unable to login my EA account on Origin platform

sir. I have a request.

it's about login progress.
I can login to my origin account in web browser.
but I can't login to origin platform.

[Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.] 
this is error code that I got.

I have wait for relogin or reset password so many times, change the date and time, try many ways with some guide in google.
but still doesn't work. 
I need some help please. 
at least I need to know what is the problem.

Have you tried to write out your password on word to ensure there is not typos? If you're sure it's the correct password, then it might be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your issue:
