Unable to link Xbox account to EA account

I have tried so many time, I cannot seem to link my EA account to my already existing Xbox account. I cant play online on my Xbox without it linked. The website that the EA employees keep on directing me to doesn't explain anything, when I log into Star Wars Battlefront 2015 there's no sign in option or anything the settings doesn't even do anything about accounts. There is an option for accounts but it just gives 3 on/off things and documents. I just want HUMAN help not a website that doesn't do anything what-so-ever. PLEASE HELP

Hey @k1ttnz have you previously linked your Xbox account to an EA account: https://help.ea.com/uk/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/

If so then for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
