Unable to do the two-step authentication

Hi.

I'm unable to log in to my EA account due to the two step authentication thing. I don't have access to my email attached to the EA account therefore I can't login or verify myself on the games I play. I play mostly NHL 23 and now I need to verify myself in order to play online and the PSN that I use is linked to an EA account which has an email attached that is no longer existing so I can't login or verify anything. Can someone help me please. All I have received is autoreplies and I'm stuck.
