Unable to contact EA chat support

I tried so many times to contact ea support about unlinking my account from steam and I'm starting to lose my mind. I have created a new case filled all the info and when I press the button for request chat I get a message to check a pop up window for support chat. But that window never opened, I checked the site settings allowed everything reloaded the page and tried again with zero results. After that I tried to do it on Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer with no success. I dont know what to do anymore I just want my account unlinked from steam or deleted I'm fine with both.

Hey @ChivooCRO would you be able to try on a different network to see if you see the same issue, if you could even try on your phone using mobile data that would be great.
