I am having a major issue with EA and my Xbox One. This is my first ever console and I made my first ever microsoft and ea account with the same email address the day I got it. When I opened up Star Wars battlefront, it says that I need to sign in to my EA account in order to access the online features. Also, when i open up battlefield V it says online features are unavailable. I followed the linking steps from EA and so it far it did not work, unless i’m doing them incorrectly. I also contacted EA through a phone call, but he was rather confused or ignorant and just referred me back to the EA help link for linking accounts. As i said before, i am relatively new to this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Vip_Bumperare you using any type of vpn on your router? if so turn it off. also you need to forward all your ports on your modem as link below.

As long as you have access to both accounts you can contact EA support at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
I have usually had the best support on their online chat service rather than a phone call. Just remember that you are trying to link your EA account to your Xbox Live account.
