Twitch prime skin missing!

i need help in apex legends where i cant seem to find my Twitch prime pathfinder skin and i cant seem to find it in my loadout !


please help!! the last time i saw the skin is in December last year

If you don't receive an item or money on your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.
