Transfer Market Issue Card is Stuck

I am having a fifa transfer market issue where I have a card with a green check in my transfer list indicating I won the bid, however when I press the A button it brings up an error message and will not let me move the card to my club

Hi there, I spoke with someone from EA help and they said they couldn't help me and to post on the forum and that someone would reach out to me? I've had this problem for weeks I would really appreciate someone helping me find a solution

@EA_Darko They just said to post on the forum. I would love to talk with someone and get this figured out if you can point me in the right direction. I went back and forth with them several times for weeks and nothing has been accomplished really the card is just sitting in my transfer list with the green check but won't let me move it into my club
