I think it would be awesome if some kind of threat system existed. Where a squad who is dominating the battlefield through what ever means, is highlighted and visible for all. All actions while highlighted generate more xp and offer unique rewards like DogTags or Skins. If you kill these squads then you get a substantial amount of xp in return along with other rewards and achievements. A system like this could make the game more fun and challenging to the ACE squads to have to defend themselves against more attacks. There could be a particular set of parameters that would have to be met to trigger the effect. Maybe 50k in combined score for a five man squad for example. It wouldn't be very easy to achieve and once the entire squad is eliminated the effect ends. You could have special radio comms effects with soldiers yell and screaming in the background as the effect is triggered. For example. THEIR GIVING US HELL OVER HERE! REQUESTING ALL AVAILABLE UNITS TO HELP STOP THESE MOTHER *!

@NMW_VILE Everyone rushing to defeat that one squad would leave other areas of the map vulnerable, especially if you're playing objectives. Fun idea, in theory, but I'm not sure how good that would work, with big BF maps, in reality.

Sounds like the bounty system in warzone alot, no thanks as the guy above me said, wouldnt work as it would make the whole team unfocused.

All agreed @ChugKendall !

 

And even when having such warning/threat system available, then for the most part of players do actually not bother about it anyway...

 

Back in the previous BF games, like in BF4, we had the option to mark a special enemy (like one who was on a high kill streak) as HVT !   And there was even a special bonus attached to getting the kill on such HVT.  But most players didn't care much, or were even running away from it, to save their miserable k/d ratio.  :o)    Think even we had an assignment also linked to this, so maybe a way to check how many really did the effort to stand together against HVTs?

The shirtbuckets would the complain that  they get bombed out of nowhere or that the entire enemy team is locking on their vehicle

Something similar is in cs go, leading player gets visible for all ... absolutly hate it.

It's a pretty good and fun idea on paper but think it would cause too many problems in practice - Like, we all know how annoying it is to see "You've been spotted", now it just happens automatically and the entire enemy team is gunning for you
