This EA Account is Already in a Club [ Edited ]

I'm playing apex when I recognize that I still have my clan tag from a club im not in anymore. That was not the big deal until I tried to leave the club. When I headed to the club menu where it would show that you could join a club or create one it showed in a big black rectangle that stretched over both of the options with text inside it saying, "This EA  Account is Already In a Club". I'm not sure how to leave it and im just stuck with the club tag I have now. If anyone else has this problem and knows how to fix it please let me know I want to join my buddies clubs.
