These things are in many other similar games and made them more playable.
Game clock
Less of a refresh time for the operations missions
Events for all power levels
Level restrictions on attack PvP
Base defences
Land based units that need troop transports and fleet protection
A 2nd base build slot
Automatic base relocation if your sector changes alliance
Name and avatar edit with a choice of a personal avatar
An option to try both sides (empire and republic) which locks at level 5
Buildings that change appearance as they progress to higher levels
I may think of more things in the future and will try to leave them here for your review.
Please don't take any of these ideas the wrong way.

All your ideas sound pretty interesting! 
However, you should take into consideration that Star Wars Battlefront doesn't get any major content updates anymore 
So it would be more of a feedback for Star Wars Battlefront 2 or perhaps any future Battlefront games.
