The sims 4 sale

I was looking through the Belgian origin store. A bunch of the sims 4 extension packs are in the sales "10-20 euro" section. They usually cost 39,99, so the price should be reduced if they are in that section but when I want to buy them, they are still sold for 39,99. I have contacted ea help and they said they are looking into it. They also recommended posting here as there are teams on here that fix issues in realtime. According to ea help, there is an issue with origin. The packs should not be featured in the sales section if they are not on sale. Or they should be on sale but the price is not reduced?
