Nothing more frustrating then being at a dissavantage the whole game because of a team member leaving the second he got killed even though you managed to kill the enemy squad.
Best counter:
-players can't leave the game until their respawn time runs out
-if you grabbed a team member's banner you have 60 seconds to respawn him, if you don't do it in that time he can leave without penality
-if that team member tries to bypass the system by alt-f4'ing while he is dead he has a 120 second delay penality before he can join another game (this will encourage him to wait those 60 seconds to get respaned rather then double his waiting time)
I know game can still crash to a lot of people that is why i would only add those penalities while you are dead, game alowing you to leave without any form of penality while you are alive. People don't leave unless they are dead, leaving while being alive whithout penality should still remain as an option to those who pair up with bots or hackers and refuse to play with them.
