The game is really lag

The game is really laggy and it’s been capped to 30 FPS it’s really slow and almost impossible to play on console

All ask is that if you guys could fix this problem that would be really great and appreciated because thanks to the lag I just got kicked out of a ranked match and now I’m banned this has happened for the past 3 days now and I just want the FOS to not be capped at 30 anymore and brought me up to over 1000 ping thats never happened to me in my life and I’ve been playing since season 0 of this game any way if you could get in contact with the dev team about this I’d really appreciate it thank you
