I have a 15% promocode I was planning on using to purchase TS4-Laundry Stuff pack. Turns out I am like 40cents short on my card even with the promocode I was wondering if anyone has a code to help me out or if you know when there might be a chance of a slight sale on this pack?

I'm so sorry to hear that. That's a really unfortunate situation 

I'm afraid even with a temporarily lowered price for the DLC or another discount code, you wouldn't be able to purchase it since the promo codes usually cannot be combined with any other current sale or promotion
