Hello dear developers, my name is Sergey. I have bought the game Battlefield Bad Company 2 in steam.
I want to transfer it to the Origin. CD-KEY and purchase confirmation I can provide.

If the code is already showing as activated then it may be a case that you have already redeemed it to an Origin account @Ral_247 or it may not be possible to use the code on Origin. 

 

Best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.  You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

 

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

There is no guarantee that the code will work in Origin @Ral_247 as it is a Steam code and not one designed for Origin.

 

To redeem a code on Origin you can do the following:

 

Redeem your code online

  1. Visit Origin.com.
  2. Log in with an EA Account.
  3. Click My Game Library.
  4. Click + Add a Game near the top of the screen.
  5. Choose Redeem Product Code.
  6. Type in the code.
  7. Click Next.

Redeem your code in the Origin client

  1. Launch Origin on a PC.
  2. Log in with an EA Account.
  3. Click Origin on the top menu.
  4. Choose Redeem Product Code.
  5. Type in the code.
  6. Click Redeem

Darko Did everything as you said, in both cases he writes that the code is already activated. What else can you do? Help me please.

If the game is not there then just pick another title @Ral_247 and then advise the support team of the game in question.
