Still no pre order bonus and ea don't help

Hello,I haven’t received the pre-order bonus for FC25, and we’re already in December! I tried reaching out to EA Help for support, but I received a very suspicious email from them asking for a 6-digit verification code. It seems like there might be suspicious activity on my account (please see the attached email). This is very strange and concerning!
