Start of round commentary

Why did they remove the start of round commentary describing why we were fighting on that particular map?  That's one of the things I liked about 2042.  To me it makes the map more interesting. Oh well.

Waste of time IMO, or at least have a way to skip it.

Good, it was annoying.  I go into skin change menu so i dont have to hear it
