Srtuctural ergonomics and Stronghold package rotation in the store

Thy only equipment I'm missing are Stronghold package and Structural ergonomics and they were not in the store for me at all. I would really apprecite if someone could help with the info when they will be available for purchase in the store. Support can't help me and they gave wrong info (said it will be in the sore mid march,then said it wasn't scheduled for that time at all). They directed me to the forum for help. So I beg good people and fellow players for help! Thank you in advance!

@Mrs_Babe_Lea I just gave up on acquiring it. I use the pistol/recharge gear, or the omni capacitor. Both have 15% recharge speed. Although, that 25% recharge does sound nice
