Spore Not Sharing DLC Content

Hello, I've purchased spore (with cc and Ga) a while ago and I can't share Ga content. Spore.com is not recognising that I have purchased the galactic adventures DLC and I'm unable to share my Ga creations. I'm not sure what is wrong or how I can fix it since I've already copied the product keys to origin (problem fixed for cc) If anyone has a solution that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
