Spoilers: Ordo Eris pit

In the big pit on Ordo Eris after you get captured, there is a ray shielded door that opens once you pull out the plug from the wall. You can swing inside but there's just a dead creature with no option to scan and a dead end. Can anyone elaborate on this? Am i missing something?

Nope missing nothing, just dead bodies, nothing special in there, surprising considering it's location.
