Special offer doesn't work ;(

I hope anyone can help me with this problem.

I got a special offer that I can buy FIFA18 Icon Edition for 10% less. But when I tried to pre-order this game this error came in the way. 

I hope someone could help me out with this!

Sorry man thanks for your help but i can only find things about normal purchases that are not working.

I can buy everything instead of this ''exclusive offer for you'' ;( i hope it works some day.

I also tried buying it from my phone and regular origin, downloaded on my PC but without any success ;(

Can you try to Clear Origin cache files? It looks like this was a time limited offer, and it should not be showing for you.

After I cleared my files it still pops up.

But you say that it is probably a limited offer but it's weird that a limited offer doesn't have a time left to buy or something?!
