The sound is completely horrible in BFV - no footsteps, just shooting and bangs - add that to the lack of visibility and every time I play BFV I want to uninstall it, every....single....time. You can't see players prone, you can't see tanks, you can't hear tanks.

BF4 is so much better, BF1 is better

And yes my sound works perfectly in those games

Sound quality and visibility have definitely been a roller coaster for me a well - all I can really suggest is report it as a bug and add your name to the growing pile of people who would like a change. 

I've heard a few people say switching to The Last of Us or Days Gone audio with the companion app has been beneficial

Oh and another thing (actually one of the many) - with the increasing customisation of characters it's getting more and more difficult to tell who's who
