Someone Stole My Account.

Hi, i got problem. Someone stole my Origin acc but i have still my email adress, so i changed password. But i cant change identity and Nick, password and question. So, when i want change email or something i need to know Question, but this question is in the Russsia Language and i cant change it. Can someone help me? IDk how origin support work, but i cant do anything.
