Yes I’m aware of that. But I’m talking about as the game loads in to pick you character  other teams can text to voice.

So...it's a bug that needs to be fixed.  If you'll notice, and you may have, the trolling doesn't come from your team mates.

I don't know exactly what it is, but yes, it should be fixed.  Good news is its not really any one you are playing with.
