Most likely you will get no solution here either. OR you will get a "solution" which off course won't work, and after if you stilll complain they will ask you all sort of general questions, like "did you clear your cache", "is your app up to date", "what ports do you have open" or something similar. And they won't help you with that either. Hard truth is, everythin they program is incredibly buggy. you DO NOT have such and so MUCH problems on other platforms, they mostly just work...
