incredibly slow download speeds

I just tried that and it from from download not even 1mb per sec to 5gb in under 1 min thank you so much wouldn’t expect such an easy thing to work.

it's 2024 and still happening, i had the same problem also in EA app it shows a slow speed like 100 bytes even got 'undefined' but in the task manager, it shows 22Mbps. my question is where my data go when the download is still stuck at 151MB? i used hotspot with 5G speed so i can track if it used my data or not. Everyday i always stuck at 151MB idk what more to say

Up until 3 months ago my download speeds were normal but now all of a sudden they go down to 3mb/s even though I have a 200mbps connection and I get 20-25mb/s on other platforms

Me and my whole future lineage will all have passed away after living full lives before my 12gb apex update will even be 50%. Before anyone says this is just something about my network speeding up at the start of a download, i have been looking at this screen for over an hour now. This app sucks.

Blaming it in the myriad of things you do is weak. This isn't an issue of:

- Background apps

- Not being connected to the internet via cable
- Caches

It is on the other hand an issue of a * service.
I have high speed internet, and with Steam, Xbox, even the Ubisoft launcher downloads at over 200MBs
Your app doesn't even manage 10MBs, and this is when it runs at full throttle, on average, it sits at 1-3MBs, which is abysmal, given the size of your games data. And this download speed only comes AFTER failing to download with cryptic, non informative errors multiple times... I can write better software than this ffs... Maybe you guys need to focus on fixing this crap, instead of finding 100001 ways to monetize BS. Oh wait? Do I need the fast download speed DLC?

i don't know what is happening with my download i have like 80MB/s previously on ea i had like 10MB/s or lower now i have 2 or this unidentified/s anyone had the same problem and has any solution to this?
