You should always be running apps and software as admin @MadK4pper.
It's generally assumed to be the case.

It's common that you run apps on your system as Admin @MadK4pper, otherwise, you can see all manner of issues.
I tested this just now and I see the same speeds if I run in admin mode or not.
May be an issue with your system causing slow speeds.

Hey @MadK4pper generally issues like this are system or network or even ISP related.
I'm testing here and my speeds are quite fast which would lead me to believe that the issue may be on your network or system.
It's perfectly fine to blame the App but doing so means that you may continue to see the issue.
Also, remember that the EA App is in beta, as such you can run into any number of issues with it.

same thing going on here. i run a 400mpbs download and 25 mbps upload speed and 19ping on avg for my net, checked all the firewall and port settings, reinstalled the app 3 times and im averaging 3mbps download with EA... 4 hours for battlefield 2042.. i can download anywhere else (except epic which AVG 10mbps which is still horrid) and i will download at a minimum of 80mbps and thats while im running several other things. origin was also kinda slow but much faster then this EA app but since i bought the game threw EA it made me use this app.

I've encountered the slow download problem recently and reinstalling EA App fixed it for me.
