I start playing in season 3, but I want to know if it's possible to buy a skin from battle pass 2

As far one knows, it is an exclusive accompanied with the limited time season. So no. Unless somewhere down the road the company decides to add it in the loot pool.

Items from the season pass are only obtainable within the season. So sadly it isn't possible to get rewards from season 2, these will also not be brought into the shop.

There are a couple of categories in Apex regarding loot rewards.

Event exclusives= only available with a specific event. For example the fight or flight rewards for which you have to complete challenges.

Event limited= available from an event, but may be cycled through the store later on as well.
