Sims 4 won´t start or load

Hopefully this will provide some info. I have Sophos on my laptop.

@Miragaming37  Sophos blocks Sims 4 by default.  These are the settings you'll need to change:

If that doesn't help, there are a few other errors in your dxdiag that may need to be addressed.  But it's possible they have nothing to do with Sims 4, so please try the above first.

Can you tell me what these issues are? I'm struggling to comprehend the dxdiag text and even with Sims 4 excluded on Sophos it's not starting.

@Miragaming37  Did you change all the settings listed in the article I linked?  If so, and the game still won't open, please post a new dxdiag.
