Sims 4 Sale - Deluxe Edition - Price Issue

On Origin, The Sims 4 Deluxe is on sale for $6.24, but the Deluxe upgrade from the regular edition is $14.99. That doesn't make sense. EA/Origin should include a sale price for the Deluxe upgrade.
