Sims 4 - CD Keys

Hello

I think I asked this a while ago but can't remember the response I got properly. I think EA_Darko helped with the response but I can't remember what it was.

Can I use my account that I made a few years ago that I brought EP's, SP's, etc. with via using CD Keys from websites like G2A, etc? I haven't been banned from using the packs so I think they were genuine.

Also am I allowed to buy packs through G2A? It's much cheaper, I know there's a risk but so far I have not encountered any buyers with risks.
