Sim City Educational Sponsorship

I am a 7th grade teacher in South Dakota. I would like to utilize Sim City 2013 as a platform for teaching about urbanization to my students. I have applied for several educational grants to no avail. I am hoping someone from EA's community division sees this and responds. Sim City is a wonderful game, but purchasing 25 copies for my students is financially not realistic for me. Thank you for your time.
