Should heirloom shards be guaranteed when I reach level 500

What I’ve been thinking is heirloom shards are ofc worthy of being hard to find but wouldn’t it be cooler if u don’t find them before level 500 then ur guaranteed to get them once u reach level 500

@pr1xl3  Your level isn't related to receiving heirloom shards bud.

I received my kunai around 120 packs back before either the level cap increase or the shards introduction.

It's 1/500 chance of receiving them every time you open a pack,with a safety net of a guaranteed heirloom once you've opened your 500th pack.

It would be cool if we did receive a shard set at lvl 500 but there's no way in hell any company is going to give an item away worth a few hundred in RWC to every player.
