Shared Vanquish/Vanquish

This is off in BfN, especially on bosses. If you do large portions of damage to an enemy you should get vanquish/shared vanquish credit. It's decent in GW2 but it's just not working well in BfN. Having to go back and redo the 5th challenge to get people boss credit for the bonuses due to this even though all of us were shooting the bosses constantly is a problem. It's also frustrating in PvP when you empty 2 clips into someone and get an assist.
