Share cosmetics and progress between ps4 and xbox 1 apex legends

So basically I was wondering if there is a way I could put all the progress and cosmetics I have and combine them in my account because I have apex legends on

Xbox 1 and a PS4 and I have alot of stuff on my PS4 and good stuff on my Xbox so is there anyway I could share my cosmetics between accounts
