Settings for Locked FPS no dips (working for me)

Been playing a round a lot with the settings and stuff and cant lock at 100 like my other games.

I have a 144Hz monitor so just use Riva Tuner to lock FPS at half my refresh(72FPS)

My rig:

gtx 1070 Turbo 8GB @ 1873MHz locked

I7 4790 3.4 - 4GHz   Hyperthreading enabled

16GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM (dual channel)

Acer 1080p 144Hz monitor

500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD for OS and also game install

Start with all settings at absolute min:

-Resolution to native (1080p)

-Adaptive resolution to 0

-AO at Max

-Texture filtering at Max

-Frame Buffer at Max (8GB)

-Models at Max

-Effects at Max

So far so good, these settings allow me to hard lock at 72FPS and the game still looks really good, I am going to try and get a couple more items to max and if I can make it look even better with zero drops i will report back.

GPU/CPU never goes above 65C.
