Season pass installed but can't use?

I bought the season pass and it says installed but when I go to play at the death star it says content not installed. Spent an hour trying to figure this out with the Sony customer support and they basically gave up and told me to contact EA.

Found another post. It seems to work, though I have not yet tried it myself. Seems to solve the issue for others.
