STG Specializations not taking effect

So I am unsure if anyone else gets this problem, its a weird issue with Specializations not taking effect properly with the STG. For example, I am having trouble with the STG bouncing while shooting but when I exchange weapons with my buddy who has the same Perks as I do, the weapon acts completely different as if the perks are not working on my STG and it works for him and whoever picks it up. We have the same class and same Specializations on our weapons.

I would reset the specs just in case but I highly doubt there can be a difference between two players using the exact same gun - when specs weren't working properly before it affected everybody

I have this issue.. The STG seems to have loads of recoil and you can't hold it straight.. Something has change in the game.
