Rux 4th week of Feb

@joec2475, we've been made aware of this issue and we are working towards a fix. Sorry about the inconvenience and we will keep you in the loop for a fix.

We had four weeks of RUX visits for February to see if any of the new RUX-Exclusive hats from the FLF DLC were available. And in those four weeks we had none of 'em, except impatience and anger.

Those hats are listed in the stickerbook as:

RUX3 - Peashooter Hat

RUX4 - Sunflower Hat

RUX6 - Chomper Hat

RUX7 - Cactus Hat

RUX11 - Soldier Hat

RUX12 - Engineer Hat

RUX14 - Scientist Hat

RUX16 - All-Star Hat

PopCap/EA, are you trying to hold those hats from our possession? @EA_Roger or anyone on the team, please explain.
