Russel Westbrook Issue

Ok, so i got the 85 ovr team and it didnt give me the 85 ovr collectible for westbrook. All it gave me was a 2 trophy pack amd 3k coins. Please help me, i want westbrook. Ive grinded my but off and i only need 2 more seasons to finish up w/ the season section.
