Rush mode missing from Bug Reports

The Rush game mode is missing from the Bug Reports. Please add it in! Or, if it's supposed to be a temporary game mode (I hope not), then there should be an option for "Other" as a catch all (e.g. for Grind, Outpost, etc.).

@GUTENTAAAAG unfortunately No. Its has to do with how we are tracking the bugs with our systems.
