Rewards for pvp levels

So, I've been playing this game for a while. In pvp we get reward packs for reaching specific levels. I'm not receiving my card packs. I thought they were called piñatas but when I messaged ea via email,  they just told me that I'm not giving enough info. Are they not rewarding the card packs anymore? I see them listed in the rewards. Unfortunately I'm not getting them.

Hey @sheriann84  , there is a little confusion here, advancing in the levels only gives you gems, does not give you packs, however, achieving a good position in the league, can give you packs, but this reward is at the end, when the league is over, you must wait until the league is finished, for now, try to get a good position by advancing level.
