Reviving Teammates Timer is faster?

For some reason recently when I go down usually late game my deadline goes by way too fast like 10 seconds in order for my team to get me back up? Why this change respawn? Its really unfair to people in a fight

Your bleed out timer depletes, this has always been in the game, so yeah.
